The 2K ColorMatic primer filler can be used universally on all metal substrates, such as sheet steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum, offering optimal adhesion and rust protection. It also adheres to fiberglass. Once dry, it can be top-coated with polyester products (fillers). It is resistant to epoxy resin-based solvents.

Application
- Clean the surface with silicone remover, ref. art. 174469 Colormatic, then sand.
- Old paintings, cleaned and sanded
- 2 to 3 passes, 40 to 50µ
- Approximately 3 minutes of rest between passes
- Can be sanded after approximately 45 minutes (20°C) or 30 minutes (60°C)
- Can be recoated using the wet-on-wet process after approximately 20 minutes of air drying.
Mixing component A with the hardener:
- Remove the safety cap on the bottom of the packaging and pull the rod out using the integrated ring until it stops. This will allow the blade to be inserted. The blade will then pierce the wall of the aluminum cartridge.
- By rotating the cartridge 360°, it is then fully opened and the hardener is released.
- By vigorously shaking the can, component A then mixes with the hardener according to the correct and prescribed dosages.
- Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes.
